Executive Summary: Reputational Risk Management Model (2014)

Reputational Risk Management is currently one of the greatest value creation opportunities for companies. Current business environment, characterized by growing stakeholders' demand for social responsibility, has turned reputation and reputational risk management into one of the greatest value creation opportunities for companies. Corporate Excellence has prepared, in cooperation with Professor Tomás Garicano Rojas from IE Business School, a Reputational Risk Management Model – welcomed by all those organizations willing to ensure their sustainaibility in the long run. This research focuses on the identification of good practices and reputational risk management models, aiming to become a practical and up-to-date guide on reputational risk management with an emphasis on new risks related to the online environment and application of all stages of the COSO methodology for risk management.
