Reputación & Riesgos Reputacionales
Global Corporate Affairs Survey
The Corporate Affairs Survey 2025 report, prepared by the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation in collaboration with GlobeScan, analyzes how the Corporate Affairs function is evolving in a global context marked by geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic transformation. Based on a survey of 245 senior leaders in the Corporate Affairs sector from 44 countries, the study offers an updated view of the challenges, priorities, and opportunities facing this strategic function.
Key findings include:
-
Geopolitical risk is the main concern for the function. 76% of professionals are concerned about this challenge.
-
Macroeconomic instability and regulatory pressure are increasing in importance, especially in Europe, where compliance frameworks are tightening.
-
AI and technological innovation are consolidating as the greatest opportunity for the function. Although its implementation is still tactical, it is positioned as a useful tool for active listening, crisis anticipation, and context interpretation.
-
ESG priorities are shifting, with declines in diversity and inclusion in some markets. Governance issues are also consolidating as the greatest reputational risk.
-
The function is refocusing on building trust, strengthening ties with stakeholders, and managing reputation.
