Chair of management by mission and corporate governance

Created in 2012, the Chair of Management by Missions and Corporate Governance is part of UIC Barcelona's Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences. It's led by Dr. Carlos Rey and Dr. Miquel Bastons, as associate director.

Corporate Excellence – Centre for Reputation Leadership cooperates with the Chair by creating content and activities to nurture the management by missions model based on people, their motivations, their values and their action's sense of transcendence. This translates into a government and organization system that integrates the corporate mission or purpose into its management systems and boosts the creation of joint beliefs and the commitment of company members.
