In order to win, one has to align. Such is the conclusion made by Cees B. M. van Riel, Professor of Corporate Communication of the Rotterdam School of Management and Vice Chairman of the Reputation Institute, in his book titled The Alignment Factor (“Alinear Para Ganar” in its Spanish translation).
